Questions
Do I need to be a Stitch customer to refer?
No. Anyone with a Stitch account can take part, subject to the eligibility rules in the Program Terms. You do not need to be a paying customer to earn a reward.
When do I get paid?
Your reward accrues as the referred company pays placement fees in its first six months as a customer, and pays out on a monthly cadence once the payment settles and any verification checks are complete.
How am I paid?
By default, as a virtual prepaid card sent to the email on your Stitch account. Rewards may be taxable and can require identity or tax verification before payout.
What counts as a qualifying referral?
A company that is new to Stitch, first engages with us through your link, and was not already in our pipeline. If more than one person refers the same company, we credit whoever referred it first.
