Our Story
Stitch began as an internal tool we built to solve our own recruitment challenges. As a recently funded startup ourselves, we were frustrated with the inefficiencies of traditional recruitment processes and the lack of tools specifically designed for fast-growing teams.
After successfully using our platform internally to scale our team, we realized that other high-growth companies were facing the same challenges. In 2025, we decided to share our solution more broadly, transforming our internal tool into the comprehensive recruitment platform it is today.
