Our Story

Stitch began as an internal tool we built to solve our own recruitment challenges. As a recently funded startup ourselves, we were frustrated with the inefficiencies of traditional recruitment processes and the lack of tools specifically designed for startup hiring needs.

After successfully using our platform internally to scale our team, we realized that other startups were facing the same challenges. In 2025, we decided to share our solution with the broader startup community, transforming our internal tool into the comprehensive recruitment platform it is today.
