Our Services involve the processing of data related to potential job candidates ("Candidate Data") sourced from public platforms or other sources on behalf of our clients.

  • Our Role: When we source and rank Candidate Data to provide our Services to you (our Client), we act as a data controller for this initial processing.
  • Client's Role: When we conduct outreach using your designated account(s) or when you otherwise engage with Candidate Data through our Services, you are a data controller for such Candidate Data. You are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection laws in relation to your collection, use, and storage of Candidate Data, including providing any necessary notices and obtaining any necessary consents.

Stitch is not responsible for your compliance with data protection laws as a controller of Candidate Data you process.

7. Data Retention

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as needed to provide you Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. International Data Transfers
